TERMS OF TRADE - PLEASE READ -

No claims considered after installation. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure enough tiles are ordered to complete the area. We cannot guarantee further supply of the same batch / product furthermore quantities calculated by Brymac Tiles Ltd from plans or measurements given are our best estimate only and must be verified by an onsite measurement before tiling commences. Returns –Please order quantities carefully as normally stocked items attract a 20% return fee. Ordered in items will attract $100 freight charge plus a  25% handling fee. We will credit only full, unopened boxes returned within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied with the original tax invoice. No refund available on overseas “indent" orders or SALE items. Internet banking please include quote or sales order number as the reference.
